1. We Ship to worldwide area for free by EMS. Free Express DHL Shipping for order over $100. For order below $100, we charge you $25  if you want them ship by DHL.

When We received your payment, If everything goes well, we will ship it out within 48 hours.

7-12 days : Russia , Ukraine ,Brazil ,The Republic of Belarus .
10-20 days: except the above mention country . 
3-8 days by DHL: FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $50. For order below $50, we charge you $4.99 (Rugby) or $25 (NBA)  if you want them ship by DHL.

Generally speaking, all of our items listed on the website are available. But occasionally some items may beout of order due to b demand. If you pickup an item and pay for it, but for any reason it is not available, we will contact you as quickly as possible, and either suggest you to choose the other similar item or process a promptly refund to your account.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you a far as possible under the following conditions:

1) Contact us to explain the reason for return.

2) A solution will be given to you within 24 hours of receipt and may include one of the following:

• A full refund providing the reason for return is deemed genuine and the purchase is returned to SportLord and signed upon receipt. The return postage will be paid in full by the sender unless agreed otherwise by SportLord.

• 20% off offered for you to order a new item (Same item with different size or customisation if you made something wrong in the first order) so you could save the hustle to arrange shipping and the return postage fee while we still send you new item at our cost. You can then resell or gift the old item to someone else.

• SportLord reserves the rights of final decision in any case of disputes

Total time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your request of exchange or refund, plus our processing procedure.
